Two proof styles exist
- Photo proof can either unlock immediately for audit later or block until approval.
- Host approval checkpoints explicitly wait for Ops.
- Organizers should decide this per checkpoint based on the event format, not habit.
Use overrides carefully
Overrides are there for real-world recovery, not lazy route design. If the route keeps needing overrides, the route is the problem.
